Screen based information requires these considerations for hardware, placement and design.
Maximum angle for reading overhead signs should be 30 degrees from the horizontal
Screens should be angled downwards to reduce glare, with reflections from ground and walls taken into consideration
Non reflective glass to be used and angle of adjustment variable for each screen
Position to avoid direct light from windows, and overhead lighting.
Loose word spacing for longer viewing distances
Clear best practice typography
Test contrast in actual environment
