Architectural signage flow plan for wayfinding Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC)

Plot, plan, review

The masterplan of people, paths and decisions

Stakeholder Engagement

We work in consultation with you and the client groups to ascertain communication objectives and audiences for the precinct. We gather and document client experience and operational requirements and use this as part of our design objective checklist.

A review of current practice can reveal important findings directly and indirectly connected to the project.

Flow and Decision Points

Pedestrians, drivers, cyclists and wheelers. We chart their paths and destinations.

Conceptual Models

We look at the wayfinding methodology currently being used and its integration across your business systems. Understanding the site type allows us to compare its nature to best practice models from around the world and see if there are areas for improvement. Analysis is the time for assessment of your current wayfinding features, models, language and codification.
